Is FluxxLab™ Tincture Hemp Oil?

The short answer is no. Hemp Oil, or more accurately named Hemp Seed Oil, is oil pressed from the seed of the hemp plant. Hemp Oil is often used in cooking, cosmetics or other topical products. Hemp Oil and CBD Tincture Oil are not two in the same, although they may derive from the same cannabis plant species. CBD Tincture oil is made from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant. These are the only parts of the plant where cannabidiol is found. Hemp seed oil, or hemp oil, is made from the seeds of the hemp plant. This means there is little-to-no CBD content. CBD Products, including FluxxLab™ CBD products, come in a variety of forms – from concentrates to tablets to CBD Tincture Oils. FluxxLab™ is a CBD company, and we extract cannabidiol from the hemp flower, not its seeds. Other companies that state they are offering CBD for sale are, in fact, offering Hemp Oil for Sale. This can be misleading. When looking for a CBD Tincture Oil, you want to make sure you are getting the Full Spectrum of the Hemp plant, which includes the cannabinoids compounds, most importantly of which is CBD!

How do I Know if I Am buying CBD Tincture Oil or Hemp Oil?

If you are looking to make sure you are getting a CBD Tincture Oil Tincture and not Hemp Oil, your best bet is to look first at the ingredients on the packaging itself. To take your CBD Tincture, place ½ to 1ml of oil under the tongue for approximately one minute and then swallow. Leaving the CBD oil under the tongue allows the CBD and other cannabinoids to enter the bloodstream more quickly and effectively.
Increase your CBD dosage slowly over the course of 1-2 weeks, until you feel the desired effect. Because CBD works synergistically with the body, you may not know if it is making a difference.
