What is CBDA?

CBDA is the natural precursor of CBD. Think of it as raw CBD. CBDA exists in raw format in hemp flowers. When hemp growers harvest the flowers, they contain this substance. The process most CBD producers have followed until now involves taking the hemp flowers and extracting CBDA from them.

Unfortunately, CBDA quickly degrades to CBD during the extraction process. While CBD is still potent, it is by no means equivalent to CBDA.
